Job Title: Component Manager

Responsibilities:

• Moderating meetings and logging minutes (in German or English)
  
• Preparing meeting agendas, escalations, documents
  
• Tracking current task lists
  
• Generating statuses and reports
  
• Planning processes
  
• Working with Confluence/Jira systems
  
• Creating documents (Jira, Holger, and PowerPoint)
  
• Maintaining client systems
  
• Internal knowledge transfer
  
• Recording and creating test cases
  

Expectations:

• Higher technical education, preferably in the field of communication engineering, electrical engineering, computer engineering or vocational training with relevant professional experience
  
• Professional experience in supporting the development of indicator sets or other components from the information-entertainment sector in the automotive industry
  
• Communication skills, assertiveness, willingness to learn and establish new contacts
  
• Project management experience
  
• Organization and independence in action
  
• Proficiency in MS Office package
  
• Fluency in German and English language in speech and writing (min. B2 level)
