What will your job involve?

  • Active Candidate Sourcing: You will be responsible for actively searching for the best candidates in the IT market (for both specialist and managerial positions).
  • Building Relationships: You will build long-term relationships with candidates and create a "pipeline" for current and future recruitment projects.
  • Data Quality Management: You will ensure the quality of data in the recruitment system.
  • HR Team Support: You will support the HR team by proactively responding to recruitment needs and proposing the most effective methods for sourcing candidates.
  • Employer Branding Activities: You will actively participate in activities conducted by the Employer Branding team (meetups, conferences, etc.).

We are looking for people who:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the role of a sourcer or researcher and in sourcing talent in the Polish IT market (experience abroad is also welcome).
  • Understand the world of new technologies and the Internet (experience in recruiting IT specialists and managers will be an asset).
  • Possess exceptional communication and social skills.
  • Are entrepreneurial, have ideas, and like to seek new solutions.
  • Have a very good command of English (including the ability to draft content in this language).
  • Have analytical skills.
  • Feel comfortable in a dynamic and changing environment.
