Do you want to learn new technologies and then work in projects for global brands, but still within a non-corporate structure? At summ-it we prioritize your development and create space for you to express your ideas. Our employees participate in industry conferences and events on a wide range of IT topics, and improve their skills through various trainings and workshops under the supervision of experienced mentors. We work with databases with a total volume counted in PB, and optimize systems fighting for every ms. We currently manage more than database systems for our clients.

Main responsibilities:
  • Remote support of customers in the field of IT
  • Communication with the user
  • Preliminary analysis of problems and incidents
  • ServiceDesk software support
  • Resolving basic requests
  • Forwarding advanced requests to third and second line support
  • Managing hardware inventory and licenses
  • Preparation and supervision of computer workstations
Requirements:
  • General understanding of IT related aspects
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux systems
  • Secondary technical education or extramural students of the last 2 years of technical studies
  • Due to the local character of the work, presence at least 3 days a week in the office in Poznan is required
  • Knowledge of English at the level of min. B2
  • Responsibility for assigned tasks
  • Ability to work in a group
  • Transparency and communicativeness
  • Innovation and creativity in the implementation of new solutions
  • Willingness for continuous development
  • Knowledge of database systems (SQL Server, Oracle)
  • Knowledge of operating systems (Windows Server)
  • Knowledge of public cloud (MS Azure)
  • Experience in a similar position (first line of support)
