At HeroCoders, we help people manage their work by creating great apps for everyday tasks. As a Platinum Atlassian Partner, we make tools used by over 50,000 companies worldwide. We have a million active users and ~50% annual growth. While we are proud of those accomplishments, we still have much work to do. That's why we are looking for another great person to join us and help us grow and succeed.

We are a small team of 16 people with 8 diverse nationalities working as a remote team worldwide.

In less than a year, we've seen a tremendous impact on the quality of the support our customers receive. We also hired our first product manager at the end of 2022. Now we are building new teams. They will ensure our products keep growing and improving.

Who are we looking for:

You're a software developer with 5+ years of experience. You've spent at least 50% of those years working with React and NodeJs. You aim to write easy-to-maintain software. You like working in a self-managing team with autonomy and a proactive problem-solving approach.

You're a perfect match if:
  • You know most of our technical stack: JavaScript / TypeScript, React, NodeJs, Mongo, Heroku.
  • You want to know how customers use products and features that you create.
  • You want to be self-sufficient and research solutions to problems.
  • You implement and test your ideas to ensure they are working.
  • You work as part of a team helping others solve problems, pitching in on code reviews and support and asking for help when needed.
  • You have sufficient English skills to talk on a call, communicate with team members, and update written documents.
It would be great if you:
  • Have deep experience with Atlassian Ecosystem
  • Are a React expert
  • Have great communication skills
  • Understand modern SaaS stack
You will be responsible for:
  • Working hand in hand with the Checklist Team and delivering a great product.
  • Cooperating with Product Manager, Marketing, Support, and Technical Writer.
  • Making sure service is running smoothly for our customers.
  • Sharing knowledge with team and company members.
What we can offer you:
  • B2B contract: 30k-38k PLN / month nett + VAT (90k-115k USD/annual)
