The ideal candidate for this position will play a crucial role in shaping strategic development, enhancing business performance, evaluating capital investments, analyzing key performance indicators, and offering actionable insights to drive improvements that foster the company's growth.

• Providing detailed financial and operational trend analysis to facilitate informed decision-making,
• Offering timely support in cost accounting fundamentals including standards development, inventory valuation, and reconciliation,
• Ensuring adherence to internal reporting standards of the Group and Division,
• Collaborating on weekly reporting, monthly closing activities, and financial package preparation,
• Ensuring accurate analysis and calculation of product costs,
• Providing relevant information for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analyses,
• Generating ad hoc reports on production outcomes in Poland.

• Secondary or higher education in finance,
• Prior experience in controlling within an international setting,
• Basic understanding of accounting and tax regulations is a plus,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Access,
• Strong attention to detail, flexibility, and excellent communication skills,
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally,
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
