Twój zakres obowiązków, Realizacja projektów wdrożeniowych w oparciu o platformę ServiceNow, Wsparcie techniczne w procesie analizy wymagań biznesowych i funkcjonalnych, Udział w tworzeniu specyfikacji technicznej, dokumentacji powdrożeniowej, procedur i instrukcji dla użytkowników, Projektowanie, implementacja i konfiguracja platformy ServiceNow, Wsparcie techniczne w integracji platformy ServiceNow z systemami zewnętrznymi, Przygotowywanie i prowadzenie prezentacji technicznych, warsztatów i szkoleń, Udział w rozwoju i wsparciu platformy, Ścisła współpraca w zespole projektowym
Dobra znajomość platformy ServiceNow, Minimum 2-letnie doświadczenie we wdrażaniu i/lub utrzymywaniu platformy ServiceNow, Praktyczna znajomość JavaScript, SQL, HTML/CSS lub innych języków programowania (np. C#, .NET), Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie, Komunikatywność oraz odpowiedzialność za realizację powierzonych zadań, Umiejętność pracy w zespole projektowym, Umiejętność szybkiego uczenia się i chęć podejmowania wyzwań
Mile widziane, Certyfikaty ServiceNow, Znajomość zagadnień związanych z integracją systemów za pomocą Web Service, REST API, Znajomość SoapUI, Certyfikat ITIL Foundation (lub wyższy), Doświadczenie w procesach migracji danych
