What You'll Do:

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise paid search and social media campaigns for our diverse portfolio of global clients. Collaboration: Work closely with our experienced Biddable Managers to coordinate and manage campaigns across various platforms, ensuring seamless integration and maximum impact. Skill Development: Proactively enhance your skillset by staying abreast of industry trends, mastering new tools and techniques, and exploring opportunities for personal and professional growth. Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their objectives, provide strategic insights, and deliver impactful solutions that drive results and exceed expectations. Cross-Channel Expertise: Gain exposure to a wide range of digital marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, and programmatic advertising, broadening your knowledge and capabilities. Reporting and Analysis: Utilise analytical tools and platforms to track campaign performance, conduct in-depth analysis, and generate actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.

What You'll Bring:

Passion for Digital Marketing: A keen interest in the dynamic world of paid media, coupled with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced agency environment. Analytical Mindset: Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyse data to derive actionable insights and make informed decisions. Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate ideas, collaborate with team members, and interact confidently with clients. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Certification in Google AdWords is a plus. Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities, embrace new challenges, and thrive in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

The contractual working hours are 10am - 6:30 pm, including 1 hour lunch break.
