End-to-End Solution Manager – Connectivity

Responsible for overseeing the range of products offered by Diehl Metering – from water meters to system solutions and services.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create comprehensive solutions based on the existing portfolio and enhance them by incorporating missing elements like SLA contracts, partners, sensors, etc.
- Gather market requirements to establish solution portfolio needs in collaboration with Product Managers.
- Ensure continuous improvement of solutions to meet market demands throughout their lifecycle.
- Develop market intelligence to devise short-term tactical strategies and long-term plans based on market trends, customer needs, and competitor information.
- Facilitate the knowledge transfer of solutions within the organization and assist Regional Sales in launching new solutions in collaboration with the CSC through trainings and presentations.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Technology, Automatic Control Engineering, Metering, HVA, etc.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Engineer/Product Manager with project management in the industrial product field.
- Experience in Connectivity environments and knowledge of technologies like WMBUS, LoRaWAN, NB-IoT.
- Proficiency in English.
