You start a new project and have the possibility to build your own team. You are the team lead & technical lead of the development team responsible for developing Java applications for a dedicated customer in the German financial industry. You lead your team in an Agile way of working and are a mentor to others on technical aspects. Part of your job is project staffing , with the help of the team manager. You take ownership of problem-solving & prioritization . You are accountable for the delivery of quality & technical documentation. You are a contact point for the customer & project coordination. At least 8 years of project experience with ideally with a subset of the following technologies and frameworks: TypeScript, Angular, HTML5, CSS, Karma, Magnolia,Java 17, Spring Boot 3, Kafka, PostgreSQL, SQL, REST, Gradle, JUnit,Jenkins, Spinnaker, Git, Github, GitLab, SonarCube, Kubernetes, Docker, ELK Stack, You understand agile methodologies . You are proactive, responsible, and you know how to work as a team. Leadership project experience is a huge plus. You meet with your team in the office a few times during a month to plan your work and discuss progress
