What's the job Create, maintain, and update of employee master data in the HR information system. Supports transactions for Hirings, Job Changes, Terminations, Personal. Keep governance policies, processes, and documentation up to date. Developing and maintaining data cleansing and data enrichment techniques. Deliver regular reporting, analysis, and recommendations to HR. Create methodology, implement, and monitor list of reporting KPIs. Provide scenario analysis, Build pipeline of data ingestion automation, process streamline and future HR data architecture and reporting What you'll bring Experience in developing Power BI data models Knowledge of data warehouse development and principles Experience of developing and refining data warehouses on cloud systems (Databricks, Google Big Query) Good Knowledge of Data Engineering Technologies such as SQL Server, Azure Data Lakes, IPAAS, Databricks etc Good Excel Skills and good knowledge of other Microsoft Office products Analytical Minded with good Problem-solving Skills Knowledge/experience of Power BI, DAX, M, SQL and experience of implementing row level security (RLS) Knowledge/experience of Power Automate Knowledge/experience of Python Attention to details
