Lead of Quality Supply Chain Export and Warehousing & Distribution CEE BU About the role

The role of the Quality Supply Chain Export Cluster (QSC Export) and Warehousing & Distribution Central & Eastern Europe Business Unit (W&D CEE) Lead holds significant strategic importance, serving as the driving force behind the expansion and transformation of our CEE Export cluster and the transformation of the Warehousing & Distribution network in the region.

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop & implement the overall Warehousing & Distribution strategy for the entire CEE BU
• Define the supply chain strategy to support sales growth through innovation, market penetration and new channels and significant contributions to sales growth.
• Define the customer collaboration roadmap and strategy
• Conducting a thorough review of the strategic sourcing network to identify opportunities for increased agility and efficiency
• Provide functional input into the market strategic plan and contribute to budget activities.
• Translate Regional/Area Supply Chain strategy into a local implementation plan.

Organisational Leadership:

• Key part and advisor of the business team and Supply Chain leadership team, contributing and influencing overall strategic direction and objectives.
• Single point of accountability for end-to-end Supply Chain Quality, Service, and Cost.
• Champion the customer throughout the E2E supply chain.
• Ensure audit readiness and compliance in market SC operations.
• Drive relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) across CEE.
• Manage and develop direct reports.
• Advise, consult, and coordinate with Cluster QSC Leads, Cluster and Country General Managers, Finance, IT/Tech, Global Logistics an, European planning, sites.

Operational Performance:

• Overall oversight of Export Quality, Supply Chain performance and CEE Warehousing & Distribution – ensuring customer service, cost efficiency and cash delivery to enable business growth agenda.
• Set performance metrics objectives and drive rigorous Performance Management.
• Establish routine business review sessions focusing on operational warehouse performance.
• Drive down combined primary and secondary distribution as well as warehousing costs.
• Best in class order to invoice processes and enhanced customer service.
• Contribute to the flawless implementation of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) blueprint.
• Deliver continuous improvement to increase productivity within the Supply Chain from Demand Forecasting to deliver to Customers, achieving tangible results in inventory reduction, forecast accuracy, customer service, lead-time reduction, cost reduction.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End leadership of the market Supply team covering Demand Forecasting, Customer Services & Logistics, In-Market Supply, Repacking, and Warehouse & Distribution.
• Part of the local Leadership Team and the single point of contact for Market General Managers on end-to-end Supply Chain Performance.
• Complete ownership of the optimization of business delivery and P&L at the export cluster level and for CEE BU.
• Drive functional excellence supported by Area CSC team and Haleon shared service.

Why you?Basic Qualifications:

• University degree in business or engineering (preferred SCM and/or logistics)
• Proficiency in English, additional languages an advantage (e.g., Russian, Polish, or Hungarian)
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in relevant supply chain/logistics roles with at least 5 years on director level.
• Experience in Warehousing and Distribution, Commercial Sales/Marketing, Demand Forecasting, Customer Service, third party logistics provider (3PL), manufacturing or CMO management.
• Ability to work off own initiative and comfortable with delegated responsibility.
• Extensive program management experience at an international level.
• Deep understanding of warehouse operations, including processes, IT, and staff.
• System experience: WMS.
• Proven experience in change management, business, and financial acumen.
• Analytical skills and capability to work in a highly complex environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work with external stakeholders, customers.

Preferred

• Demonstrated exceptional leadership skills at director level with proven track record in driving performance, fostering collaboration across boundaries, and developing high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated people skills and ability to manage diverse teams.
