Workday Certified Lead Consultant / Architect

We will count on you to:

  • Lead Workday Implementations for external clients as a Workday Module(s) Lead
  • Apply Workday's methodology on customer project teams to help customers achieve a high degree of success and satisfaction
  • Work with customers to identify and resolve all issues that could impact project/issue resolution timeframe
  • Lead design and delivery in close collaboration with Internal and Clients' project teams
  • Work out solutions, draw recommendations, provide guidance and consult clients on best practices
  • Successfully delegate and train support consultants on completing project delivery activities
  • Consult with customers on a variety of data integrity issues and architecture of their solutions
  • Partner with customers to assess the scope of additional requests and determine estimated timeframe needed to complete
  • Optional - step into People Manager role in the future

What you need to have:

  • 3+ years of functional Workday implementation experience as a certified consultant with a Workday Partner
  • Workday Certification (at least one of the following: HCM, Advanced Compensation / Benefits / Absence / Time Tracking) – is a must
  • Experience in Leading Functional Module(s) Implementation as a Workstream Lead or SME
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and clients in task-oriented setup. Prioritize and delegate accordingly.
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to successfully lead client meetings, solution, drive recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential

What makes you stand out:

  • More than one Workday Certification
  • Experience in building/delivering technical trainings
  • Ability to Lead several Workday modules during implementation project
  • People and/or project management experience
  • Prior HR / HR Consulting / HR Transformation Experience
  • Record of Pre-Sales support
