We are looking for a Matillion Administrator, who will join a newly formed team of DWH professionals responsible for administrating and supporting data warehouse (DW) platforms on-premises and in the cloud. The system is used for reporting and data analysis. It is a central repository for integrated data from various sources.

Our customer is a well-known Scandinavian automotive company with global operations. They have DWH on premises with Oracle Database and ODI (Oracle Data Integrator as ETL tool) and in the cloud based on Snowflake, Matillion, Gitlab, and AWS/Azure. They are in transition to move to cloud solutions.

It's a long-term collaboration, for an indefinite period, with the potential to grow with a newly formed team.

Your responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Matillion ETL instances;
• Create and manage Matillion ETL users and roles;
• Monitor Matillion ETL performance and identify and resolve any issues;
• Implement and maintain Matillion ETL security and compliance policies;
• Work with users to troubleshoot Matillion ETL problems and provide technical
• support.

You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

• Strong understanding of Matillion ETL architecture and functionality;
• Experience with SQL and data modeling;
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP;
• Experience with security and compliance best practices;
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills;
• Some work experience with Git tools such as Gitlab, and VS code.
