About the Role

Ready to be a key player in our supply chain, ensuring that our customers receive what they need when they need it? As a Demand Planner for major markets or a Demand Planning Manager for smaller markets at Reckitt, your expertise will drive our production and procurement, offering invaluable insights into our supply dynamics. In this pivotal role, you wield data mastery, comprehending and interpreting market trends to forecast demand accurately. Your Responsibilities

• Collaborating with Site Planning Leads globally to ensure uninterrupted supply and enhance service to markets
• Working with market Demand Planners to ensure accurate forecast enrichment that mirrors the latest demand
• Establishing governance around demand and supply balancing with an impartial perspective managing all stakeholders
• Facilitating communication between markets and sites
• Proactively managing service levels for markets and mid-term management
• Ensuring optimal visibility of service level projections for markets
• Setting up and executing inventory targets
• Conducting scenario planning: performing ad-hoc cost/benefit analysis on various options to balance supply and demand, presenting to category/regional leadership and other forums
• Working closely with Manufacturing and Demand Planning teams to optimize the end-to-end supply chain in terms of cost, efficiency, and go-to-market lead time reduction

The Experience We're Seeking

• Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (connecting Demand, Supply, and S&OP), ability to grasp and address complex issues/data sets, and propose solutions
• 2-3 years of experience in demand/supply planning
• Capability to provide constructive challenges assertively
• Strong ability to cultivate influential and collaborative relationships across teams, functions, and organizational levels
• Proficiency in ERP/Supply & demand planning software (SAP ECC/APO, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, JD Edwards)
• Thorough understanding of sales forecasting processes and associated challenges
• Fluency in spoken and written English
