The role

We are seeking a Principal Cloud Native Developer to join our dynamic team and lead the delivery of high-quality cloud solutions. In this role, you will manage medium-sized delivery teams (3-6 people) and ensure successful project completion within budget. You will lead meetings with customers and internal teams, participate in business meetings, and provide technical expertise to ensure optimal business value. You will scope out complex projects, make technology decisions, and supervise technical quality. Your responsibilities will include active project delivery, investigating business goals in pre-sales activities, and envisioning high-level solutions. Additionally, you will prepare project documentation, deliver impactful presentations, and act as a partner to client teams.

What we need to see from you
  • Proven experience (min 8+ years) as a .Net Developer/Cloud Developer with hands-on expertise in .Net/.Net Core in C#.
  • Solid knowledge of Cloud Architectures - IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, Docker.
  • Strong understanding of delivery excellence concepts – DevOps, Scrum, CI/CD.
  • Experience designing solutions with Azure compute services (Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure API Management, etc.).
  • Experience with Azure containerization services (Azure Kubernetes Service, etc.).
  • Experience with Azure data storage services (Azure Database for MariaDB, Azure Cosmos DB, etc.).
  • Experience with Azure networking services (Load Balancer, Application Gateway, DNS, VPN, vNet, etc.).
  • Experience with Azure security services (Firewalls, WAF, NSG, etc.).
  • Experience with Azure identity services (Entra ID, etc.).
  • Certification in Azure Certified: Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals.
  • Certification in Azure Certified: Developer Associate.
  • Certification in Azure Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (nice to have).
  • Ability to lead and manage medium-sized teams.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 or higher) and Polish (C1 or higher).
