Senior Electronic Engineer

As our Senior Electronic Engineer you'll be part of an agile team developing, implementing, validating, and maintaining FPGA and electrical/PCB designs for Solaris Laser (part of Markem-Imaje) future printing systems with primary focus on lasers. You will have an opportunity to work with talented engineers in a global environment, building complex products from proof of concept to production.

1. Development of electronic/electrical systems, and digital & analogue circuitry.
2. Design and test PCBAs to provide power and control laser systems.
3. Assembly and testing of engineering prototypes at various stages of their development.
4. Identify the root cause of any quality issues that occur during prototype assembly.
5. Preparation, verification and correction of BOMs.
6. Participation in the development of assembly instructions for devices.
7. Participation in operator training and implementation of new products for production.
8. Cooperation with engineers in assessing the designed construction solutions and their impact on the production process and applied technologies.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in electronics development
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering or relevant engineering discipline
• Strong technical skills in electronics/electric development, digital, embedded CPU, basic analogue and interface board design
• Knowledge of the Linux system
• Knowledge of programming and runtime environment for ARM family microcontrollers
• Ability to perform root cause analysis of complex hardware and software engineering problems.
