Explore your opportunity

As the Talent Coordinator for APAC & Europe, you will work closely with the Regional Talent team across 15 countries. Your role will involve providing administrative and logistical support to the team and contributing to talent initiatives.

This position will collaborate with the APAC & Europe Talent Acquisition team, Learning & Development, Talent Management teams, and the broader HR Community.

The ideal Talent Coordinator should be a proactive self-starter with strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills to build and maintain relationships effectively.

What are your essential responsibilities?

Working alongside HR Professionals in APAC & Europe, you will be responsible for various HR activities, including:

  • Talent acquisition data management
  • Coordinate background checks
  • Manage job postings on different platforms
  • Support L&D programs and maintain the annual calendar
  • Provide end-user support for learning platforms
  • Handle training metrics and reporting
  • Assist with invoicing and vendor communication

You will report to the HR Operations & Administration Manager in Poland.

  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Adaptability to changing processes
  • Proactive with excellent follow-up
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Experience with HR systems like Oracle Fusion HCM is a plus
