Job purpose and scope

The Continuous Improvement Warehousing Specialist is responsible for leading and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the organization. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize overall business performance.

The Continuous Improvement Warehousing Specialist will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Key responsibilities

Assessment and Analysis:

Conduct thorough assessments of existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.

Analyze data and key performance indicators to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of current operations.

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement a strategic plan for continuous improvement, aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

Work closely with leadership to prioritize improvement projects based on potential impact and resource allocation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with various departments and teams to gather insights, feedback, and input for improvement opportunities.

Foster a collaborative environment that encourages the sharing of ideas and best practices across the organization.

Project Management:

Lead and manage improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and successful implementation.

Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress, manage risks, and report on outcomes.

Training and Development:

Develop and deliver training programs to build a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Provide coaching and support to employees at all levels to enhance their understanding and engagement in improvement initiatives.

Change Management:

Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transitions during the implementation of new processes or technologies.

Address resistance and promote a positive attitude towards change.

Metrics and Reporting:

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of continuous improvement initiatives.

Generate regular reports to communicate progress, results, and areas for further improvement.

Continuous Learning:

Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies related to continuous improvement.

Proactively identify opportunities to enhance processes and systems based on external benchmarks.

Who we are looking for :

Proven experience in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean). Strong project management skills with a track record of successful implementations Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Change management expertise. Native/very good Polish, fluent English,. Ability to travel to other warehouses up to 30% (Gdańsk, Łódź, Wrocław). Driving license B. cat.
