  • Bieżąca analiza wyników sprzedaży, marżowości oraz odchyleń
  • Bieżąca kontrola budżetu wydatków handlowych
  • Bliska współpraca z działami komercyjnymi oraz zarządem
  • Weryfikacja założeń biznesowych
  • Budowanie świadomości finansowej poprzez wskazywanie szans i zagrożeń dla biznesu
  • Tworzenie rekomendacji przyczyniających się do rentownego wzrostu
  • Aktywny udział w procesie budżetowania rocznego i podwyżek cenowych
  • Aktywny udział w tworzeniu oraz utrzymaniu narzędzi i raportów z obszaru Controllingu i Planowania
  • Możliwość objęcia stanowiska Senior Sales Controllera w przyszłości i zarządzania zespołem Sales Controlling
TWOJE UMIEJĘTNOŚCI
  • Minimum 5-letnie doświadczenie w obszarze kontrolingu (FMCG, retail, farmacja)
  • Analiza danych liczbowych w celu wyciągnięcia wniosków i rekomendacji
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość narzędzi ERP, BI, Excel
  • Duża samodzielność i nastawienie na proaktywne działanie (business partnering)
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (min C1) i polskiego
  • Umiejętność pracy w multidyscyplinarnym i międzynarodowym zespole
