Junior Financial Controller - Revenue Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Your responsibilities Supporting pricing agenda for the Polish market by building recommendations regarding pricing strategy, product launches, and price changes,
Business partnering and commercial support for Sales and Marketing Departments,

Management reporting:
Profit and Loss reporting, cause of change, variance analysis, commentaries, performance indicators,
Revenue forecasting – preparing and reviewing forecast during regular reporting cycles,
Seeking improvements within finance processes and optimizing reporting tools,
Supporting ad-hoc projects and business cases.
Our requirements Proven working experience in Finance (preferably in FMCG organization) including revenue management, controlling, management accounting and business partnering,
Proficiency in written and spoken Polish and English language,
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail,
Proficiency in MS Excel,
Eager to learn and develop within different areas of finance/business,
Self-starter, proactive team player, able to deliver results in a dynamic environment under time pressure, manage stakeholders effectively.
Optional ACCA/CIMA or in progress will be an asset,
Transactional and reporting systems knowledge (SAP, BPC) will be an asset.

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?


In the role, you will be responsible for revenue forecasting and reporting, supporting business functions, and building recommendations assisting in decision-making process.

What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization?


As a Junior Commercial Finance Manager, you will be an integral member of the Commercial Finance Department, contributing to the delivery of the pricing and revenue growth agenda for Polish commercial entities.
