As a Demand & Supply Planner, you will be the main contact for Supply Planning HUB . In this role you will deliver consistent forecast accuracy and bias targets via maintaining end - to - end forecast. You will ensure the product availability, across customers , categories and regions . Your role involves providing input for Demand Forecasting in the Core Commercial Cycle (CCC) / Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process for Export Hub, managing End-to-End Demand Planning and In-Market Supply for the Cluster .

This is a role for a 12 month fixed term contract.

Location: Poland ( Warsaw or Poznań)

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for assigned product categories or regions based on historical data, market trends, and customer insights.
• Report out of stock situation to the commercial Export Market business and provide an overview on supply situation and availability based on information from the central systems;
• Cultivate strong relationships with Supply Hub and Customer Service to gain a comprehensive understanding of the entire supply chain, facilitating optimized information flow and transparent customer service.
• Execute demand and supply planning activities within in-house systems, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
• Optimize inventory management processes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
• Coordinate product Master Data setup and ensure an efficient material creation process, encompassing in-market data, logistical data, waste database, and PAF.
• Take responsibility for managing demand and supply processes in SAP/APO, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and completeness.

Why you?

Qualifications & Skills:

• Min 2 years of experience in D emand planning (mandatory experience area) and S upply planning in a corporate environment
• Good knowledge of Supply Chain & Logistics processes
• Technical skills (Excel, SAP APO/SNP)
• Fluent English
• Very good problems solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal, influencing, negotiation and problems solving skills with ability to contribute fully to cross functional teams
• Ability to make decisions
• High level of flexibility and adaptability
