Rejestracja i księgowanie dokumentów kosztowych za pomocą systemu SAP
Przygotowanie i księgowanie comiesięcznych płatności
Uzgadnianie i potwierdzanie sald
Kontrola sald kont dostawców i zapewnianie ich terminowego rozliczenia
Udział w procesach zamknięcia miesiąca i roku, w tym przygotowywanie zapisów księgowych i uzgadnianie transakcji dotyczących zobowiązań
Przygotowywanie różnych raportów finansowych i analiz związanych z zobowiązaniami
Udział w usprawnieniach procesów i inicjatywach automatyzacji w ramach funkcji zobowiązań
Nasze wymagania Minimum trzyletnie doświadczenie zawodowe w obszarze księgowości
Biegła znajomość języka niemieckiego
Komunikatywna znajomość języka angielskiego
Znajomość MS Excel w stopniu min. średnio-zaawansowanym
Dokładność, sumienność i dobra organizacja pracy
Mile widziane Doświadczenie w pracy na systemie SAP
Wykształcenie kierunkowe
