Senior Product Expert - Regulatory

About the role

As a Product Expert in Regulatory matters, you will oversee all facets of the Regulatory technology landscape encompassing Regulatory vault, Publishing, and more. Your responsibilities range from business and technical analysis to managing backlogs, implementing agile delivery models, and shaping future roadmaps. Recognized as the go-to product expert in Regulatory systems, your role involves clearing obstacles, collaborating effectively, and continuously meeting customer needs to deliver value to Haleon.

Key responsibilities

  • Technology Strategy & Enablement: Develop and align partners on a vision and roadmap for Regulatory areas, ensuring solutions are practical, flexible, and in line with global regulatory standards.
  • Demand management: Collaborate with senior leaders to prioritize the product backlog based on business value.
  • Product/Project Delivery: Lead the development and maintenance of Regulatory platforms while staying abreast of emerging technologies.
  • Quality, Risk & Compliance: Ensure regulatory tech products comply with security, risk, and regulatory requirements.
  • Service Management: Ensure service levels are met and manage product lifecycle.
  • Adoption strategy & change management: Drive agile solution development and adoption by supporting product teams and fostering excitement and momentum.

Qualifications and skills

Essential

  • Expert knowledge of products in the Regulatory space.
  • Experience with Veeva Regulatory Vault, DXC Publishing, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of Regulatory standards and systems validation processes.
  • Experience in Agile delivery methodology.

  • Collaboration: Proficiency in working across different teams to achieve common goals.
  • Technical and Team Leadership: Expertise in leading virtual teams and fostering collaboration.
