About FrankeSegment Manager EMEAThe Segment Manager role will be responsible for working closely with our customers, our sales teams and will partner with global product management to launch new products and drive sustainable, profitable growth. The role will help support product lifecycle initiatives with respect to customer engagement, support, and execution.

- Drive brand guideline development and maintenance from web to digital, from sales enablement tools to promotions; ensure execution across channels, platforms, and campaigns,
- Oversee content creation and provide creative direction for new engaging content – copy, imagery, video, or otherwise,
- Develop promotional and training content,
- Support website development and management with specific interest in targeting, SEO, UX design, functional enhancement, and asset management
- Support regular digital monitoring and management with systems like leveraging analytics tools,
- Co-lead internal and external email and newsletter communication, with result-driven strategy, standards, content, and refinement,
- Support national tradeshows and lead regional tradeshow excellence, from strategy and planning to execution and vendor / show services management; Must have availability to travel and support on-site periodically,
- Lead and measure results for regional creative development, sales enablement toolkits and campaign execution across platforms; adhere to global guidelines and standards and cascade and educate when necessary,
- Project manage multiple initiatives and campaigns simultaneously with ability to supervise indirect reports
- Work with creative vendors to integrate various marketing initiatives across channels.
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Engineering
- 5 years of product development experience
- 2 years business development or account management experience
- Sales engineering experience preferred
- Experience working in global environment
- Solid Commercial Acumen
- Outstanding Influencing Skills
- Superior Customer Service Skills
- Solid Project Management Skills
- Willingness to business travel within Europe (up to 40% of working time)
