MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinating the entire end-to-end delivery process for our business-to-business customers located in UK (domestic order management). Building strong and long-lasting relationship with both internal and external stakeholders. Cooperating with various internal departments. Identifying opportunities to improve the process for customers and acting effectively in taking them forward as appropriate. Supporting business reports preparation within team.CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Bachelor's Degree preferred in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field. Very good command of English, additional language/s depending on the portfolio. Ability to work during the weekends. Interpersonal and relationship management skills. Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Demonstrate a problem-solving approach. Intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Independence in addressing and solving issues with internal and external customers. Experience with ERP systems will be a plus.Agencies: McCormick as needed will work with external recruitment vendors through our Agency Portal.
