Join our team as a Frontend DeveloperAbout the project:
  • As a Java Developer, you'll work on developing new web applications, creating new features, maintaining existing ones, analyzing, and fixing issues when they arise. You'll also need to grasp the business context and identify optimal solutions to meet requirements.

In your role as a Frontend Developer, you'll take charge of the Consent Management Platform, responsible for storing and organizing user consent for cookies at Commerzbank. This platform is closely tied to Google Analytics, the primary web analytics and measurement tool utilized across the bank.

At Cross Channel Services, we deliver cross-functional services for the implementation of online banking services at Commerzbank to ensure a stable and highly available online banking experience. We operate in agile teams comprising Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Experts, Developers, Application Engineers, and Testers.

What you will be doing?
  • Enhance and maintain the existing containerized React frontend micro-application and develop new ones if needed.
  • Automate application testing.
  • Engage in agile development using Jira and Confluence.
  • Create Google Analytics implementation scripts for various bank departments.
Which technology & skills are important for us?
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and NodeJS.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience in test automation.
  • English proficiency at B2 level.
Nice to have:
  • Basic understanding of GDPR.
  • Familiarity with TeamCity or similar tools.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics.
