We are currently seeking an experienced SEO Link Building Outreach Specialist to join our fully remote team at Chilli Fruit .
As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of SEO, equipped with the world-class resources and support needed to thrive.
At Chilli Fruit, our specialists play a pivotal role in executing successful SEO link building and guest-posting campaigns for our diverse portfolio of clients.
From conducting paid outreach to negotiating link prices and expanding our network of publishers, you will be at the forefront of every SEO challenge and opportunity.

Work Schedule:
Most of the team works in CET between 9 AM - 6 PM.
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
Content Placement Goal:
Publish approximately 50 paid content placements/sponsored articles within the designated timeframe (i.e., 50-60 placements per month, totalling placements per year).
New Domains Rate:
Measure the percentage of added websites to the database compared to the total number of outreach attempts.
Client Satisfaction:
Assess client satisfaction through feedback on the quality and relevance of placed links.
Outreach Response Rate:
Track the percentage of positive responses received from outreach efforts.
Workflow Efficiency:
Measure the efficiency of link-building processes, including the time taken to secure placements.
Successful candidates will be contacted for a short screening interview lasting approximately 15 minutes over the phone. The second stage will involve passing a test, which will be sent out before the end of March. This will be followed by the final interview by April 10th or earlier.

Required Skills & Experience:
Ability to manage multiple content writers simultaneously: Dealing with numerous content writers concurrently is crucial. Some writers may delay deliverability, while others might not be able to respond as quickly as required.
Therefore, it's essential to proactively manage this situation and be prepared to look for replacements when necessary, using platforms such as Upwork.
Strong experience in remote work and understanding of professional communication via Slack and email.Experience working with popular SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).
Must be able to work with a sense of urgency.
Must be comfortable working within a CRM like Streak.
Must be a great communicator and relationship-builder.
The candidate must have a passion for search engine optimization and demonstrate it.

Link building strategies are complex - you'll find yourself juggling between sending follow-up messages while continuously checking the quality of backlinks and potential prospects.

Team player.Collaboration with other people in your team, especially the writer and the SEO specialists, is important if you want to achieve success with your overall SEO game plan.
Strict adherence to deadlines regardless of the circumstances.Time is of the essence in the fast-paced world of SEO, and we need someone who can deliver on time, every time.
Systematic approach. This isn't a job for someone chaotic. We need someone who can methodically plan and execute link building campaigns with precision and efficiency.Good-to-Haves:
Previous experience working in an agency environment, handling SEO campaigns for diverse clients.
Knowing other languages and being able to communicate with website publishers is a massive bonus.
Mastery of Google Spreadsheet functions that could rival even the most seasoned spreadsheet wizard, including the mystical arts of VLOOKUP, COUNTIF, LEN, and the legendary CONCATENATE.
If the candidate doesn't possess this knowledge, they must be ready to embark on an epic quest of self-discovery through the enchanted realm of YouTube tutorials.
Previous experience with working with ClickUp is a plus.If not, fear not We'll provide you with a crash course in ClickUpology, the ancient art of project management in the digital age.
