About-project : In charge of cultivating the Britenet brand, which encompasses the Employer brand in Poland, Germany, and Belgium.

Playing a key role in driving lead generation through the utilization of PR and brand strategies.

Boosting the employee experience to the max.

Responsibilities include developing and executing strategies, coordinating schedules, ensuring high-quality execution, and overseeing internal and external communication efforts.

Focused on enhancing brand recognition and maintaining a positive employer brand experience to foster employee satisfaction.

External communication - Lead the development of a strategic plan aimed at increasing brand awareness in Poland, Germany, Belgium and the UK.


  • Communicate with external stakeholders, including customers, partners, investors, and the general public.
  • Assisting in the development of a new brand, brand guidelines, and brand book.
  • Take charge of crisis communication as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the media, and handle press releases, press conferences, and media inquiries.

Internal communication - Lead the effort in developing a strategic communication plan to convey goals and shift direction to all members of Britenet.


  • Organize and manage internal meetings, town halls, and employee engagement events.
  • Gather and analyze employee feedback to improve communication strategies and address concerns.
  • Communicate changes within the organization effectively to minimize disruption and maintain morale.

Employer branding & employee experience - Design and implementation of branding campaigns.

  • Preparation and implementation of EB activities and recruitment campaigns in cooperation with HR.
  • Planning and organization of internal events and company actions.
  • Codesigning tools to support change implementation (forms, policies, educational materials, etc.).

Managing the team - Defining performance indicators and ensuring their execution with input from higher management.

  • Provide ongoing education and training to improve the team's skills, with the goal of enabling them to deliver exceptional work independently.
  • Managing the budget, together with the Marketing Director.
requirements-expected : Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.


Minimum 10 years of professional experience in area of PR, communication, marketing, with at least 4 years in as a manager.

Experience in working within an organization during periods of internal transformation, including change management and internal communication.

Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for internal communication that align with business goals.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful branding and communication strategies.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful employer branding & employer experience strategies.

Experience in contacts, building and maintaining relationships with the media, public administration, universities.

Experience in building and managing a team.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong strategic thinking, planning, and project management skills, along with a quality-driven and creative mindset.

Proficiency in Polish and English (C1 level).
