Junior Supply Chain Management Specialist

Twój zakres obowiązków:

  • Kompleksowa obsługa łańcucha dostaw: potwierdzanie planów produkcyjnych; monitorowanie przepływów materiałów pomiędzy fabryką a centrum dystrybucyjnym (DC) oraz pomiędzy DC; zarządzanie zapasem w DC; zarządzaniem cyklem życia produktów,
  • Ścisła współpraca z zespołami: Sales, Product Management,
  • Raportowanie i wsparcie w realizacji cotygodniowych i miesięcznych planów sprzedaży,
  • Prowadzenie spotkań z przedstawicielami działów firmy w celu naświetlenia sytuacji biznesowej i głównych problemów powiązanych z łańcuchem dostaw,
  • Analiza KPI i wdrażanie działań w celu ich poprawy,
  • Inicjowanie, planowanie i wdrażanie nowych projektów w obszarze łańcucha dostaw,
  • Analiza danych, główne narzędzia pracy: MS Excel, wewnętrzny system do planowania i monitorowania produktów w całym łańcuchu dostaw, SAP.

Wymagania:

  • Doświadczenie zdobyte na podobnej pozycji w dynamicznym środowisku w międzynarodowej organizacji (min. 2 lata),
  • Zdolność do identyfikacji krytycznych/ryzykownych punktów w procesie i sugerowania rozwiązań,
  • Wiedza na temat łańcucha dostaw,
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość MS Excel i podstawowa SAP,
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego, która pozwala na codzienną komunikację.
