Zakres obowiązków:

  • Aktywne pozyskiwanie nowych klientów biznesowych na rynku niemieckim w zakresie wynajmu pracowników (ANÜ) i umów o dzieło (Werkvertrag).
  • Tworzenie i utrzymywanie trwałych relacji biznesowych.
  • Analiza rynku i konkurencji w celu identyfikacji trendów i możliwości rozwoju biznesowego.
  • Przygotowywanie ofert handlowych oraz prowadzenie negocjacji.

Nasze oczekiwania wobec kandydatów:

  • Bardzo dobra znajomość j. niemieckiego – w mowie i piśmie – umożliwiająca swobodne prowadzenie konwersacji.
  • Doświadczenie w aktywnym pozyskiwaniu klientów na rynku niemieckim.
  • Umiejętność nawiązywania długofalowych relacji biznesowych.
  • Posiadanie prawa jazdy kat. B.
  • Gotowość do ewentualnych wyjazdów służbowych na terenie całych Niemiec.
  • Elastyczna forma zatrudnienia: UoP lub B2B lub umowa-zlecenia.
  • Możliwość pracy dodatkowej jako freelenacer.
  • Potencjał do rozwoju z możliwością długoletniej współpracy.
