The necessity to implement KSeF-adapted solutions in businesses arises from new legal mandates. These regulations are designed to enhance interactions between entrepreneurs, rectify errors, and boost transaction transparency. Consequently, enterprises that proactively invest in suitable KSeF-related tools can anticipate mitigating potential risks such as future tax assessments.

Experience Level:

Independent Consultant

Proficiency in autonomously planning and executing tasks in an implementation project

Capability in conducting workshops with clients, defining business needs, and expertise in business analytics

Knowledge of invoice processing requirements in KSeF, along with familiarity with the KSeF XML schema

Functioning as a SAP FI consultant with experience in supporting locally-operated systems in Poland/Polish locations/implementations aligned with Polish legal standards (proficiency in understanding how SAP functions for Polish businesses)

NICE TO HAVE: Experience in implementation or support, with a solid background in SAP FI

Responsibilities:

Offering assistance for integrating the SAP system with the KSeF platform.

Tasks:

Identifying client processes related to sales and purchase invoices using a provided checklist

Conducting a fit-gap analysis to identify missing data in SAP necessary to generate the correct XML file in the KSeF schema, as well as formulating recommendations for process adjustments or SAP system modifications

Collaborating on mapping KSeF schema fields with SAP fields, verifying standard mapping alignment with client requirements, and devising workshop plans and process or SAP system adjustment recommendations

Creating a business concept based on workshop outcomes in either Polish or English (depending on client preferences)

Assisting clients in devising test scenarios using the provided template

Configuring settings based on SAP guidelines following workshop decisions

Carrying out integration and internal solution tests based on the designed scenarios

Providing user training and UAT assistance

Supporting the go-live phase and post-go-live hypercare as multiple projects are slated for simultaneous implementation
