Payments Operation Analyst
You have an excellent chance to join a fantastic team at one of the world's largest banks. We are currently seeking a Payments Operation Analyst to be part of the CEEMEA Payments Operations Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our corporate clients by ensuring accurate and timely handling of payments within our internal bank systems. As a member of the team, you will perform transactions, collaborate with the Transaction Services team, and engage in complex processes.
Responsibilities:
- Performing processing tasks and managing related documentation for payments
- Communicating with internal and external clients
- Resolving processing issues and optimizing processes
- Coordinating tests and projects
- Preparing and validating procedures, regulations, process descriptions, and capacity plans
- Assisting in audit preparation and engaging with auditors
Qualifications:
- Effective communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
- Risk awareness and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail
