What would you do as our UX Designer

As our next UX Designer, you will join our growing ALCEA Team in Krakow, collaborating with several different software products and teams located in Krakow, France and Finland, as well as Product Management and other stakeholders.

ALCEA protects critical infrastructure such as energy, water, telecom, transportation, mining, oil and gas globally with total security solutions.

You will be supporting the teams to design user friendly, simple and efficient security solutions that ensure the best user experience to our end users across the globe. You will also be maintaining and developing a design system according to our brand guidelines. Within this role, you will also get to mentor the teams with best UX practices and methodologies

You would also:

  • Collaborate with product management, development and customers to create a consistent user experience and flow throughout our portfolio ofsoftware solutions
  • Design UX and layouts to our mobile applications and access control systems
  • Create prototypes and mock-ups for early user feedback by using wireframes, prototypes etc.
  • Continuously improve the usability of our products based on customer feedback and behavior
  • Mentor all stakeholders to think about user experience - not just user interface
  • Maintain a design system according to our brand guideline

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:

  • Has demonstrated hands-on professional experience as an UX/UI professional with an existing portfolio
  • Is experienced with modern design tools such as Adobe tools, Miro, Figma
  • Has experience in working with Agile principles and teams, and continuous improvement mindset

Experience in programming is seen as an advantage. If you are someonewho is curious and eager to learn, develop value to customers as well as deliver great customer experience, we may be looking for you.
