HR Generalist

Overview:

LivePerson is seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join the Global People Group team located in Katowice, Poland. As part of this team, you will manage various Human Resources responsibilities and report directly to our EMEA HR Leader.

What You Will Do:

• Play a crucial role in the onboarding process of new employees, handling tasks like contracts, payroll, health check, visas, and related procedures
• Serve as the initial point of contact for client groups, addressing and resolving requests, concerns, and inquiries
• Manage and escalate any employee issues that may arise
• Gather and analyze data on staffing levels, budgets, and salary details
• Assist in the monthly payroll processing by monitoring employee-related changes
• Implement global programs locally to enhance the organizational culture and elevate the employee experience
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure accurate employment documentation and compliance with local regulations
• Inform current and prospective employees about company policies, working conditions, and benefits
• Assist in benefit application, enrollment, and related communication in partnership with the global reward team
• Communicate organizational policies and recommended practices to ensure compliance
• Perform any other duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2+ years of progressive operational HR experience
• Location for this role is Katowice with an expectation of spending 3 days in the office per week
• In-depth knowledge of Polish employment laws
• Ability to collaborate and build professional relationships in a global setting
• Uphold confidentiality requirements and act accordingly
• Experience working in an international setting
• Proficiency in English and Polish, both written and verbal; additional European language skills are a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
