As a Freelance Recruiter, your primary role will involve sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for a variety of job positions. Requirements

• Next to English you need to speak one of these languages: Polish, Romanian, Hungarian, Ukrainian, Slovak, Czech, Turkish or Greek
• Experience as a recruiter or similar role in the staffing and recruiting industry
• Knowledge of recruitment practices and techniques
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport
• Proficient in using recruitment software and platforms
• And most of all: Enthusiastic
