We are looking for a pleasant Receptionist Intern ( Front Desk Representative ) to undertake all receptionist and administrative duties at the desk of our main entrance in our Łódź office.

The ideal candidate will possess a friendly personality , a customer-oriented approach , as well as excellent organizational skills and time management abilities .

Key responsibilities:

Keep front desk presentable Greet and welcome guests Assistance with administrative duties Answer questions and incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages Receive letters, parcels etc. and securing or distribute them Check, sort and forward emails Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary Keep updated records and files Support to specific business units or teams

Requirements:

Availability from Monday to Friday (between or 9:00-17:00) Communicative English and Polish (oral and written) Good knowledge of MS Office (., Excel and Word) Familiarity with office machines (. printer Strong communication and people skills Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities Problem-solving skills Customer service orientation
