The Clinical Training Manager

The Clinical Training Manager will be in charge of creating, implementing, and supervising skill verification training programs for our clinical team.

The perfect candidate will possess a solid clinical background, exceptional communication abilities, and the capacity to excel in a dynamic environment.

Your primary job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Develop and
  • Implement Training Programs:You can design and carry out training initiatives for CRAs and TMs, catering to both new recruits and those advancing into senior roles.
* Evaluate Training Needs:
  • Assess the training requirements of clinical personnel and devise effective strategies to fulfill those needs.
* Ensure Technical Skills:
  • Assess productivity and quality indicators along with stakeholder inputs to pinpoint technical skill necessities. Monitor and Evaluate: Continuously assess and review the efficiency of training programs, making necessary modifications to enhance outcomes.
* Collaborate with Leadership:
  • Forge strong partnerships with clinical leaders and management to pinpoint training prospects and assist in achieving organizational objectives.
* Project Management:
  • Chart out training programs, schedules, and budgets.Qualifications: You should have a 3-year track record in developing training and 5 years' experience in delivering training. Proficiency in MS Office. Ability to communicate effectively and establish relationships with stakeholders at various levels. Capable of moderating and engaging large groups virtually and in person.

    Fluency in verbal and written English and Polish.About the department: CDC Poland operates within the Region South East Europe, Middle East, and Africa (SEEMEA) and represents a new clinical unit within Novo Nordisk Poland.

    CDC Poland oversees the execution of clinical trials across this region, offering clinical trial management and administrative support to adjacent Affiliates.
