As the Customer Care Specialist, you will be an integral part of a global team, handling customer communication and collaborating with various departments locally and internationally. Your primary focus will be to ensure smooth processing of customer orders and deliver outstanding consumer experiences.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing communication with customers
• Order processing and system monitoring
• Collaborating with departments in Poland and abroad
• Actively participating in the team to enhance consumer experiences through adherence to procedures, policies, and continuous improvement

What you bring:

• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Polish
• Previous experience in international Customer Service environments
• Strong learning agility, effective communication, and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
• A team-oriented mindset
