Join us as a Senior DevOps Engineer and work closely with our team of front-end and back-end developers, game artists, math designers, testers and product managers.

Our team has a diverse range of backgrounds and is gathered from multiple top firms such as: Cisco, Oracle, Comarch, Electrolux, WilliamHill, Bettson, Bet365, Heineken and many more.

We aim for our stack to be the best-performing in the industry across the key pillars ofGame Development,RGS Platform,QAandArt.

We are searching for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team.

Back End stack: MySQL, Java, Docker, Redis, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka, Cassandra, Kubernetes, Cloud

Daily responsibilities

  • Provision and automate monitoring of Infrastructure in Cloud - Kubernetes as a Service, Kafka K8s Operator, Postgres K8s Operator etc.
  • Provision data ingesting and analyses tools stack on K8s - Kafka, Apache Spark, Apache Beam
  • Implement backups policies and tools
  • Develop data-based applications

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with provisioning and automating infrastructure in the cloud, specifically with Kubernetes as a service and operators such as Kafka K8s Operator and Postgres K8s Operator
  • Knowledge of data ingesting and analysis tools and technologies such as Kafka, Apache Spark, and Apache Beam, and experience with provisioning them on K8s
  • Experience with implementing backup policies and tools and knowledge of best practices for data protection
  • Strong experience in developing data-based applications and familiarity with relevant programming languages and frameworks
  • Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix administration
  • Strong experience with containerization and container orchestration technologies, specifically with Kubernetes
  • Experience with CI/CD pipeline and automation tools
  • Strong knowledge of network and security best practices
  • Strong experience with cloud services providers such as AWS, GCP or Azure
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Strong experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, ELK, Grafana, etc.
  • Strong experience with Configuration management tools like Ansible, Terraform, etc.
  • Strong experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, etc.
  • Strong experience with Git and version control best practices
  • Strong understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies
  • Strong experience with performance tuning and scaling applications
  • Strong experience with database management and administration, specifically with PostgreSQL
  • Strong experience with service discovery and load balancing technologies such as Istio, Envoy, etc.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Hive, etc is a plus

Nice to have

  • Experience in gaming or casino industry
  • Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
  • Passion for games
