ABOUT THE TEAM

Be part of the Europe Central SMB Solutions Architecture team, dedicated to serving Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) in Europe Central, with a focus on Ukrainian clients.


THE ROLE

Collaborate with customers, partners, and various AWS teams to create architectures, proof of concepts, or demonstrations of our platform tailored to meet the business needs of customers and drive the adoption of relevant AWS technology.

Contribute to shaping and designing solutions across different domains, from migrating core enterprise applications to leveraging AI/ML and IoT technologies, among others.

The ability to grasp new technology, develop industry-specific architectures, and articulate business value is crucial for this role.


  • Build relationships to deeply understand our customers.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor, influencing stakeholders from technical teams to top-level executives.
  • Play a key role in aligning short-term technology decisions with long-term goals and accelerating the adoption of our services on a daily basis.

Moreover, you'll serve as an advocate within the industry, engaging in educational activities, sharing best practices, speaking at events, producing informative content like white papers and blogs, as well as conducting workshops. You're not just joining a movement; you're positioned to lead it.


As a Builder, you'll have the opportunity to steer the direction of our products and services by collecting feedback from customers and collaborating with our engineering and service teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Demonstrated experience in leading complex (cloud) transformation projects, serving as Lead Architect, Cloud Architect, Head of Technology, or similar roles.
  • In-depth expertise in one or more technology domains, such as web or mobile applications, DevOps, Serverless, Big Data, Analytics, Machine Learning, high-performance databases, highly secured workloads, GenAI, etc.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English / Ukrainian).
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to comfortably engage with IT professionals and business executives.
  • Proficiency in Software Development, DevSecOps, or Cloud Projects.
  • Confidence in bridging technology and business for project design, planning, and execution, demonstrated through examples.
  • Proven understanding of technology innovation, capable of identifying how technology addresses business and human challenges and effectively communicating the derived value to customers.
  • Familiarity with common architectural patterns and design principles, with the capability to explain and apply them.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience across multiple technology domains (e.g., software development, systems engineering, AI/ML, data & analytics).
  • Professional background in designing/operating solutions on AWS.
  • One or more AWS certifications, such as AWS Solutions Architect Associate.
  • Demonstrated thought leadership through public speaking and/or publications.
