Opis stanowiska:

Poszukujemy doświadczonego Agile Manager'a & Compliance Lead'a, który wzmocni nasz zespół zarządzający rozwojem oprogramowania oraz produkcji gier. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za wdrażanie metodyk agile w zespołach, które nie stosowały ich wcześniej, nadzorowanie procesów tworzenia oprogramowania, oraz zapewnienie zgodności produktów z regułami compliance specyficznymi dla branży gier slotowych. Osoba ta będzie raportować bezpośrednio do dyrektora technicznego (CTO)

Kluczowe obowiązki:

  • Wprowadzanie i dostosowywanie metodyk agile w zespołach rozwojowych.
  • Pełna odpowiedzialność za proces tworzenia oprogramowania, od planowania do wydania.
  • Zapewnienie zgodności wszystkich produktów i procesów z międzynarodowymi standardami branży gier hazardowych.
  • Koordynacja wydań oprogramowania RGS i komunikacja z komisjami regulacyjnymi.

Wymagania:

  • Minimum 4 lata doświadczenia w pracy na podobnym stanowisku, najlepiej w branży technologicznej lub gier.
  • Doskonała znajomość metodyk agile (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Umiejętność sprawnej analizy założeń compliance'owych.
  • Znajomość narzędzi zarządzania projektami i wersjami oprogramowania.
  • Zdolność do pracy w dynamicznym środowisku.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego.
  • Preferowane będą osoby z doświadczeniem w zakresie wprowadzania metodyk agile, w szczególności w przeprowadzaniu przejścia na metodologie na agile w organizacji biznesowej
  • Współpraca na podstawie umowy B2B
  • Wynagrodzenie w zależności od doświadczenia zł zł netto
