Stanowisko: AR Accountant with French
Lokalizacja: Poznań (hybryda)

ZADANIA:

  • Księgowanie dokumentów w obszarze należności,
  • Codzienne księgowanie wyciągów bankowych,
  • Sprawdzanie dokumentów księgowych oraz monitorowanie płatności przychodzących i
  • wychodzących,
  • Wdrażanie usprawnień w zakresie procesów księgowych,
  • Przygotowywanie danych do raportowania,
  • Współpraca z klientami wewnętrznymi,
  • Udział w procesie zamknięcia miesiąca,
  • Zapewnienie realizacji codziennych operacji zgodnie z ustalonymi celami i terminami,
  • Współpraca z partnerem strategicznym,
  • Proaktywny udział w projektach standaryzacji, automatyzacji i ciągłego doskonalenia.

WYMAGANIA:

  • Min. roczne doświadczenie w księgowości, mile widziane doświadczenie w SSC,
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka francuskiego oraz angielskiego (B2),
  • Dobry poziom umiejętności obsługi programu Excel,
  • Doświadczenie z SAP (lub innymi systemami ERP) będzie dodatkowym atutem,
  • Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne.
