Twoje zadania:

  • Pełnienie roli doradcy i finance business partnera dla działu sprzedaży
  • Aktywny udział w ewaluacji finansowej projektów dot. promocji naszych produktów i aktywacji sprzedażowych
  • Opracowywanie budżetów i planów finansowych oraz ich aktywne monitorowanie i praca nad zwiększaniem efektywności
  • Współpraca z partnerami biznesowymi z działu sprzedaży pod kątem lepszego rozumienia strony finansowej prowadzonych działań i projektów
  • Wsparcie analityczne dla zespołu sprzedaży w negocjacjach z klientami
  • Odpowiedzialność za proces zamknięcia miesiąca
Nasze oczekiwania:
  • Masz min. 2-3 letnie doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku w firmie z branży FMCG (Finanse Komercyjne / Planowanie i Raportowanie Finansowe / Zarządzanie Przychodami i podobne) - warunek konieczny
  • Masz doświadczenie we współpracy z partnerami biznesowymi pod kątem przedstawiania rozwiązań i rekomendacji
  • Bardzo dobrze komunikujesz się w j. angielskim (B2)
  • Bardzo dobrze znasz pakiet Microsoft Office, szczególnie arkusze Excel
  • Jesteś osobą proaktywną, wykazujesz inicjatywę w działaniu i wdrażaniu zmian
  • Potrafisz efektywnie komunikować się i budować relacje w środowisku biznesowym
  • Nie boisz się dzielić swoimi pomysłami i kwestionować obecne procesy - cenimy innowacyjne podejście
  • CIMA / ACCA będzie Twoją dodatkową zaletą
