VAT/GL Accountant with German Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Your responsibilities VAT reporting of entities located in Germany
Statistical reporting to German authorities
Proper execution of accounting processes for production entity
End-to-End Month End Close activities
Participation in the preparation of the financial statement
Intercompany balances reconciliation and postings
Day-to-day journal postings and accounts reconciliations in area of GL/FA
Supervision and cooperation with accounting teams (AR, AP, Treasury)
Cooperation with internal/external auditors
Other monthly / quarterly reporting activities, including support for managerial P&L review
Documentation of existing processes
Ad hoc reporting
Our requirements Education (i.e., university) in finance or accounting, minimum min bachelor's degree
Very good understanding of finance and accounting, ideally in production environment
At least 2 years of professional experience in accounting of production entity
At least 4 years of professional experience in accounting
Analytical skills and high business acumen
High level of integrity, ethics
Very good command of German (C1)
Good command of English (B2)
