Tranistion Technologies PSC is a team of over 700 experts in the field of digital transformation, working in six Polish cities and four foreign branches (USA, Taiwan, Denmark, Germany). Responsibilities:

You will be a member of project team that implements ALM solutions for external customers. The solution is based on third-party system and aligned with ALM best practices. During the project you will combine the role of business analyst with ALM specialist by:

  • Working closely with external customers: identify needs, gather requirements and analyzing customer's expectations
  • Participating in workshops and meetings with the customer, presenting solutions to stakeholders
  • Creating a concept of final solutions based on third-party vendors' systems
  • Configuring/implementing final solutions on third-party vendors' systems
  • Close cooperation with technical teams
  • Verification whether delivered solution meets business needs
  • Suggesting optimizations and areas for improvement
  • Participation in presales activities like assessing feasibility of the requirements and preparing content of the commercial offer
  • Sharing the knowledge in the team

Requirements:

  • Experience in designing, configuring and customizing PTC Codebeamer (at least 3 years)
  • Strong understanding of ALM methodologies, processes, and tools
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to share knowledge, focus on learning new skills independently
  • A track record of success within a team-oriented environment
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Able to work autonomously and focus on goals
  • Effective communication skills in English - at least (B2/C1) level

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of PTC Windchill RV&S
  • Knowledge of PLM
  • Experience in conducting and managing workshops
  • Understanding the Digital Thread
  • Specific ALM industry knowledge, e.g., from the automotive industry, automotive supplier industry, aerospace, medical technology, electronics & high-tech, mechanical and plant engineering, etc.
  • Readiness to public presentations

Your data will be processed for the period of: 24 months from the moment of submission of an application, CV or your contact with the Data Controller via the contact form available in the "career" tab – in the event that you consent to participating in recruitment processes during the aforesaid period.

Your provision of your personal data to the extent required by the provisions of labour law is mandatory and necessary for the purposes of the recruitment process. Your provision of any data other than those mentioned above is voluntary, and your refusal to provide the same will not entail any adverse consequences.

In the course of the recruitment process, you should not provide special category data (i.e. data such as those listed in art. 9 of the GDPR, concerning your racial or ethnic origin, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data, data concerning health, sexuality or sexual orientation; or data such as those listed in art. 10 of the GDPR: criminal convictions or violations of law).
