The Ideal candidate has experience in creating and delivering data platforms, data warehouses , has an exceptionally good understanding of architecture .

We are looking for a leader that will be driving domain development, be trusted advisor for our customers and take an active role in sales activities.

A Data Platform Domain Lead is a role that involves leading and managing a team of data professionals who design, build, and operate data platforms and products for our customers.

A perfect candidate typically has a background in data engineering or data management, as well as experience in leading and managing data teams and projects .

A Data Platform Domain Lead also needs to have strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills , as well as a data-driven mindset and a passion for data innovation .

You will work with a team full of energy and willingness to implement interesting projects with clients from the Enterprise sector around the world.

Perfect candidate for the position of Data Platform Domain Lead (Head of Data Platform) has:5+ of conceptual and technical knowledge on Analytics, Data Lakes, Lakehouse, Data Warehousing and with architecture frameworks
3+ years of experience in leading data solution, project management and team management
Familiarity with data processing frameworks like SQL, Databricks, Spark, Kafka, as well as cloud services such as Azure or AWS, GCP
Excellent client facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefing & demonstrations
Experience managing both pre-sales (offering and solutioning), managing the capability and being responsible for the delivery.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical implementation
Knowledge of enterprise architectures and technology trends, with specific focus on the Microsoft ecosystem
Working knowledge of English (spoken and written)
Open minded, self-driven, eager to learn new technologies and put newly acquired knowledge into practice

Nice to have:
Understanding of Azure Infrastructure and Deployment
Experience in Azure Data services, Databricks, Snowflake, MS Fabric
Familiarity with big data frameworks such as Hadoop, Spark, and others is important.
