To support our growing business, we are looking for a Clinical Research Manager and Analyst based in Poland (Remote)

The role

In this role, you work as a part of the Clinical Research & Innovation team reporting in to the global Scientific Principal and liaising with the clinical trials team in the UK, CH, DE, the data science team, and - to a lesser extent - with the wider clinical team.

You will deliver on our scientific evaluations building the scientific evidence base needed to prove our value to patients, doctors, and health care systems. The focus on evidence aligns perfectly with one of our values ("We begin with evidence, measure and improve").

Key responsibilities

  • Planning, implementation, and monitoring of scientific evaluations, incl. data management plans
  • Statistical data analyses for clinical and digital health research
  • Project management with external partners (e.g. researchers, key opinion leaders, clinics)
  • Scientific evaluation of of Oviva's digital health offerings using real-world data
  • Statistical analyses
  • Scientific reporting for internal and external stakeholders
What we are looking for you to bring

Essential

  • Proven track record in clinical research, and/or data analysis (e.g. academia or CRO)
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and implement scientific evaluations
  • Outstanding data management and analysis skills (advanced statistics)
  • Well-developed communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Outstanding English skills
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (nutrition science, digital health, medicine, public health, psychology, etc).
  • Proven skills with statistical analysis software (e.g. R, Stata, SPSS)

Desirable

  • Previous experience in nutrition or digital health research
  • In-depth knowledge of statistical methods for real-world evidence
  • Familiarity with an agile, fast-paced work environment
  • Scientific publications in a relevant field
