Only those who meet the requirements set out in Article of the Higher Education Act of 20 July 2018 (Journal of Laws Item 1668 as amended) and the following eligibility criteria may enter the contest:

• Master's degree in engineering-technical sciences (no longer than five years after obtaining an MSc.).
• Knowledge of Polish to a degree enabling teaching.
• Experience in control of electrical drives, robots, numerical machines, or programming microprocessor-based systems confirmed by engineering or master thesis or scientific publication.
• Knowledge of English to a degree, enabling scientific work in foreign cooperation.
• Predisposition to research and teaching.
• Declare conducting research in the field of automatics and robotics or industrial electronics.
• Declare to give classes (courses) in automatics and robotics studies.
