WHAT YOU WILL DO

We are looking for a talented individual to build and lead a team that drives the digital transformation of Vaillant Germany. You will implement new strategies and solutions to help our sales, marketing and service areas work even more efficiently.

You will:

  • Hire and lead 6-8 new team members (frontend/backend developers, PO, scrum master)
  • Manage the team`s roles and responsibilities as well as capacity and velocity to ensure deliveries on time, budget and scope
  • Where appropriate, select external service providers and steer their assignments end-to-end (incl ramp-up and ramp-down)
  • Apply the right agile methods and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Design Thinking, etc.) according to the changing business requirements
  • Manage the project portfolio and roadmaps by driving the collection of business demand while maintaining good relationships with your stakeholders
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
  • Minimum 8 years professional experience as a developer, Product owner or project manager in a fast-paced environment
  • A solid track record in leading agile teams and managing stakeholder relationships
  • A high degree of independence, empathy and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of data architecture, infrastructure, software development and ability to have technical conversations with developers and architects
  • Fluent English is essential, German language skills are a plus
