We at Damovo Poland are looking for a skilled System Engineer (m/f/d) with a strong background in the Genesys Cloud Platform to design, implement, and support complex communication solutions for our clients. The System Engineer will play a key role in architecting Genesys-based solutions, integrating them with existing systems, and providing ongoing support and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Genesys-based communication solutions tailored to meet the specific needs and requirements of our clients
  • Collaborate with clients, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scopes, and develop solution designs
  • Configure, deploy, and integrate Genesys Cloud ecosystems
  • Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations using Genesys Architect and other development tools
  • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure the reliability, performance, and resiliency of Genesys solutions
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients during system implementation, integration, and post-deployment phases
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Genesys products, features, and best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
Experience and skills we value
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with the Genesys platform in a system engineering or similar role
  • Strong expertise in designing, configuring, and implementing Genesys Cloud-based communication solutions, including administration, Routing, Messaging, and Reporting modules
  • Solid understanding of telephony concepts, protocols, and technologies, such as SIP, VoIP, and CTI
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in Genesys environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Genesys certification(s) such as Genesys Certified Professional (GCP) is a plus.
